In case you might be wondering why I like analyzing the latest designer collections from every Fashion Week as well as the street style trends that the fashion crowd wears outside the catwalk shows……well here’s the answer….! ? While the stuff we see walking down the runways indicates what will be hitting the stores next spring, street style looks reveal everything about ‘here and now’.
In my previous post I covered my favorite runway shows from New York, London, Milan, and Paris Fashion Week, so now it’s time to have a look at what the streets have got to offer. And overall we can definitely say that fashion rules no longer apply. We’re living in the era of personal style. There’s so many trends involved – cool prints, bold colors, statement accessories – that it’s difficult to draw any conclusions and say wear this, wear that, and you’ll be trendy. Basically the only rule is: if you can rock the look, you’ve nailed it. Let’s have a look at some of my favorites!
