THE KNOTTED WAIST SKIRT

Instead of tying a shirt around our waist, I’ve made you the perfect skirt that already has a pair of shirt sleeves stitched to its waist, which you can easily tie together to achieve a cool layered look. This is also a hybrid piece of clothing, which means incorporating elements of two different pieces of clothing into one. Actually in this case we are talking about three elements, as the skirt has a longer pleated detail at front, that makes it look like a maxi skirt from the front and a midi skirt from the back. Its is also really flattering on every body type, due to the high-waist, which results in the shirt-sleeves being knotted around your waist rather than around your hip, which would be cutting the silhouette into two accentuating the widest part of your body rather than aiming to achieve an hourglass figure. Wear it with a camisole, a T-shirt or shirt, add a pair of high-heels or sneakers, and take advantage of the fact that fishnets are a huge trend again…!
