This has definitely become one of the traditional topics on my blog every year, the recap of the most gorgeous red carpet dresses at the Oscars, this year’s being the 89th Annual Academy Award ceremony.
Even though she’s not usually among my favorites, this year Emma Stone looked stunning in a beautiful embroidered and fringed gold and cream Givenchy Haute Couture creation by designer Ricardo Tisci. Nicole Kidman was immaculately statuesque as always in an embellished nude dress perfectly matching her pale skin tone, from Armani Privé. Jessica Biel also chose to be dazzling this year, in a gold sequined Kaufman Franco evening gown. Halle Berry opted for Versace, subtle but sexy, while Brie Larson was youthful and elegant at the same time in a black velvet Oscar de la Renta dress with a ruffled hem. And of course let’s not forget about Dakota Johnson, dressed as a gold silk Gucci goddess. Who was your favorite this year…? 🙂
